Rising Stars Mentorship Program 2025 Applications
Do you need help starting or improving a participatory program? Rising Stars Mentorship Program 2025 is for those who want to start or improve a program based on public participation (i.e. involving people in decision-making). For example, if a government or an organization is running a program where it is important to get people's opinions, this is a great opportunity for them.

What are we offering?
We are providing expert coaching (guidance) to government officials, staff, and people who want help with the "participatory process". We know how difficult it is for governments and organizations to get practical guidance to start or improve such programs. When they are faced with difficult questions and problems in design or implementation, program managers often do not know what to do or whom to ask.
What is the "Rising Stars" Mentorship Program 2025?
"Rising Stars" is an online mentorship program from People Powered that connects you with expert guidance to help you launch or improve participatory programs. We match individuals (mentees) who want guidance (such as lawyers, policymakers, and program managers) with experts (mentors) who can answer their questions.
Who is this program being run in partnership with?
This program is being implemented under the Nets4Dem project in collaboration with Coglobal. Coglobal manages participants from the "Horizon Europe" region (its countries can be seen here), and connects them with experts from the Nets4Dem network.
