Maastricht University (UM) Holland-High Potential Scholarship Benefits:
International students who will apply for this scholarship and got selected will be provided with the following number of benefits:
· Students will get living expenses coverage amount of € 12,350 for 13 months in case of one year master’s program and amount of € 23,750 for 25 months in case of two years master’s program.
· Student’s tuition fee will be covered at cost.
· Pre-academic training cost will also be covered at cost.
· The amount of € 207 will be provided for the visa application cost.
· Students will get the health and liability insurance of € 700 amount.

Maastricht University (UM) Holland-High Potential Scholarship Eligibility Criteria:
Students who want to apply for Maastricht scholarship program have to make sure that they meet the following eligibility criteria as the scholarship program is very competitive:
· Students must not hold EEA/EU country double nationality.
· Students must hold the nationality of a country outside the EEA/EU, Switzerland or Surinam.
· Applicants have to meet the requirements for the entry visa and resident permit for Netherlands.
· Student must be 35 years of age as of 1 September 2023.
· Students having excellent academic record in their previous studies program.
· Students have to meet the UM master’s degree program admission requirements in which they have applied.
· Those students who have never participated in any of the Netherlands higher education program.
· Those students who have completed their study exchange program in Netherlands can apply.
· Applicants who have applied for the full time master degree program at Maastricht University.
Maastricht University (UM) Scholarship 2023 Required Documents:
When submitting the application for the scholarship program students have to make sure that they submitted the following list of documents along with their application:
1. You have to submit your academic transcript for the proof of academic excellence.
2. The letter of motivation explaining your motivation to apply for the scholarship program.
3. A recommendation letter from your referee. You also have to provide the information about your referee.
4. A well written CV providing relevant detail about you and it should not be more than two pages.
5. The personal statement explaining why you want to avail this scholarship opportunity.
Maastricht Scholarship 2023 Selection Procedure:
· Once the students have submitted the applications UM international services desk after the deadline will check to make sure that all the applications are complete.
· Then UM international services desk forward the complete applications to each of the UM faculty in February 2023.
· In March 2023 each of the UM faculty will select top 5% scholarship applicants and send it to the UM international services desk.
· At the end of March 2023 the faculty selection is confirmed by UM international services desk.
· In April 2023 applicants will be informed about their application status by the UM international service desk.

UM Holland-High Potential Scholarship 2023-2024 Duration:
The duration of scholarship program is different both for the one year master’s program and two year master’s program:
· The duration of scholarship is 13 months for master’s program of one year.
· The duration of scholarship is 25 months for master’s program of two years.
Maastricht Scholarship 2023 Application Procedure:
The application procedure for the Maastricht scholarship program is as follow:
· First the students have to register themselves for one of the master’s program at UM to get the student ID to apply for the scholarship program.
· Once registered you have to complete the application form and submit the required list of documents mentioned above.
Note: Students have to make sure that they submitted their complete scholarship application along with all the required documents and correct detail as they are only allowed to submit their application once.
