·         Students when applying for this scholarship do not hold polish citizenship or have not applied for the polish citizenship.

·         Applicant want to study their master degree program (second cycle study).

·         Have not completed your master degree program (second cycle study).

·         Are student of the first cycle study last year or have completed the first cycle study in the study areas of technical sciences, agricultural sciences, engineering, and exact and natural sciences.

·         Applicant should have minimum of A2 level of the polish language to start the polish language preparatory course or minimum of B1 level of polish language if want to start their master degree program without polish language preparatory course.

·         Applicant should have minimum of B2 level of English language to study their degree program in English language.
